Inspection after an accident

If your car has been in an accident, an assessor will decide whether it requires an inspection after an accident. This aim of this inspection is to check that your vehicle can go back on the road without endangering either its occupants or other road-users.

In addition to a basic inspection, specific measurements are also taken of the geometry of the wheels and the chassis. This assessment is made based on data provided initially by the manufacturer.

If the vehicle is presented with trade plates, only registration plates from BENELUX are accepted. Provisional French WW-plates are not accepted anymore.

Important: not every inspection centre is authorised to carry out this inspection. Call our call center at 087/39.39.49 to make an appointment.
