1. Contact the centre manager

The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. Wherever possible, don’t hesitate to pass on any problems you may have. For general, technical or administrative information, please put your question to the inspector/examiner or at the cash register.

For any other question or comment, during or after the inspection/test, please contact the centre manager. This is the simplest and the fastest way of having any dispute dealt with immediately.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the outcome of this initial step, you can contact our Quality Department.

2. Contact the Quality Department

If your contact with the manager does not resolve your problem, you can escalate your request to our Quality Department. To do this, please complete the appropriate complaints form.

3. Contact our supervisory authority

If you have not received a satisfactory response, the supervisory authority is always at your disposal:

In a case of force majeure, to be assessed by the Minister or an official appointee, the surcharge for late presentation for a technical inspection may be refunded. Click here to find out more.
