How do I cancel my appointment?

Open the confirmation e-mail sent to you. At the end of the message, there will be a link which you can use to change your appointment details directly.

Click on the link and follow the different steps described below.

You can also cancel your appointment via the homepage of our Driving Test Appointment portal. Click on the “Change / Cancel” button.

Then enter your booking number from the appointment confirmation message, along with your mobile phone number. You can then access your appointment entry and cancel it.
