Credit Customer
You regularly take vehicles in for inspection
The “credit customer” status is intended for companies and fleet managers who prefer simplified, consolidated management of their technical inspections rather than organizing them on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis. This status also allows you to receive a consolidated monthly invoice for your entire fleet.
Access to a dedicated area (Pro Area – Appointments) is not automatic. You can request access once your credit customer account has been activated, via this link.

Exclusively for credit customers, the Espace pro – Rendez-vous allows you to centralize your business appointments, manage them according to the permissions assigned to each user, and streamline the process of taking your vehicles in for technical inspection.
Managers can manage appointments, while drivers can view the day’s appointments and generate reservation barcodes.

Electronic Billing
You’re not a credit customer, but you need an electronic invoice?
Companies that are not credit customers can request electronic invoicing via Peppol for their technical inspections. This process is separate from credit customer enrollment and allows you to receive your invoices directly in your system.
Already a credit customer? Your billing is managed through your credit customer account.

Commercial plates
As part of a pre-sale inspection, the use of commercial license plates is restricted exclusively to professionals. To display vehicles with such license plates, you must provide a certificate proving that you are authorized to do so.
