Waiting list

Since 1 January 2023, the Autosécurité Group has been offering motorists who obtain an appointment for their periodic inspection after the expiry date the option of registering on a waiting list. Based on the number of cancellations recorded, new appointment slots are opened up and offered to latecomers.

How does it work?

Go to the ‘Appointments’ platform on the website https://rendez-vous.autosecurite.be:

• Enter the invitation number to access the schedule;
• Choose a date and a station;Upon confirmation of the ‘overdue’ appointment, you will be offered the option of registering on the waiting list;
• Define your preferences (day, time, station);
• You will receive a text message containing a link to an appointment proposal as soon as possible. Please note that the proposal is time-limited (1 hour)!;
• Accept the proposal and pass the check on time.

This service will not be available to customers who are already past the deadline when they make their appointment.

Despite the implementation of this waiting list, it is strongly recommended that you make your appointment on time. Appointments can be made up to two months before the expiry date using the invitation received, but also at any time on the ‘Appointments’ page of the Autosécurité website using your licence plate and chassis numbers.
