Vehicle test

The centre does not provide a vehicle for the practical test.

For category A, A1 and A2 tests, the examination centre will book a following motorcycle for you (25 €).

Vehicles registered with foreign plates can be accepted for the practical test if the candidate or his/her private instructor is in possession of:

• A document from the owner establishing the vehicle is provided under an employment contract,
• A certificate from the insurance company certifying that the vehicle used for the test is insured to be used in the context of a practical driving test on Belgian soil,

in addition to all the required vehicle documents.

Photocopies are not accepted. The vehicle must comply with the legislation relative to technical inspections that apply in the country of origin.

The test vehicle may be fitted with parking aid systems, cameras and prisms designed to assist with manoeuvres, provided they are incorporated into the vehicle.

All types of hand brakes are accepted.
