To return to the paper version for technical control invitations, you must contact our customer service on 087/57.20.30.

Our customer service can change your dispatch method and make it possible to return to the paper version.We recommend that you check the accuracy of your data with the motor vehicle centre before carrying out this procedure.

Any person who owns at least one vehicle registered in their name in Belgium that belongs to the Autosécurité action area. This system is currently only available to private individuals.

The Vehicle Registration Department (Direction pour l’Immatriculation des Véhicules – DIV) is responsible for registering motor vehicles, motorbikes and trailers weighing more than 750 kg. It manages a database for a number of bodies such as the police, the public prosecutor’s office, the FPS Finance, insurance companies, etc.

If your current address is not the one known to the DIV, it is likely that you are not receiving the invitations to the technical inspection.

You should therefore contact the DIV via https://mobilit.belgium.be/fr/privacy so that you can rectify your data.

For the most effective corrective action, we advise you to use the template below:

In accordance with my rights regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy, I would like to contact you to check and correct my registration details.
They seem to be incorrect or missing.
Can you check that my current address ………. is the one entered in your system and correct it if necessary?

The Vehicle Registration Directorate is responsible for the registration of motor vehicles, motorbikes and trailers weighing more than 750 kg. It manages the database for a number of organisations such as the police, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the FPS Finance, insurance companies, etc.The invitations sent out by our company are inevitably based on the data provided to us by the Motor Vehicle Agency. If the data concerning you is incorrect or out of date, you may not receive your invitation to the technical inspection.

The digital invitations are activated for all vehicles registered in your name, both now and in the future.This means that you do not need to take any action on the day of a vehicle change: The digital invitation will automatically be applied to that new vehicle.

Each company is responsible for processing the vehicle invitations for the technical inspection.

However, we cannot send invitations to all Belgian residents. For this reason, each technical inspection company has now been assigned an action area defined by postcodes.

Digital invitations can be received by SMS or e-mail. Only one sending channel is permitted, even if there are several vehicles.
