Yes, a confirmation with all the details of your appointment is sent to the email address mentioned.
On the day of your inspection, you need to bring the confirmation of your appointment with you. The barcode on it will enable our inspectors to welcome you more quickly.
Whatever the type of inspection, you must have the valid and original documents of the vehicle you present:
- The confirmation of the appointment (NEW)
- The certificate of registration
- The certificate of conformity
- The (valid) insurance card
- If it’s not the first technical inspection: the previous technical inspection certificate
You also need a payment card (Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa and V-Pay). Cash payment is not allowed for the moment.

Yes. At the present time, inspections are organised exclusively by appointment, except for heavy vehicles of + 3,5 t, trailers, caravans and agricultural vehicles which can be presented without appointment.
Appointments can be made via our appointment portal or via our customer service number on 087/39.39.49. You must have your registration certificate with you to be able to make an appointment. It is not possible to make an appointment via email or Facebook.
We would also remind you that you can present your vehicle up to 2 months before the expiry date for vehicles with an inspection period of 1 year (1 month before the expiry date for vehicles with an inspection period of 6 months), without forfeiting the remaining period of validity.
If you present your vehicle late, regulations require us to apply an additional fee for being late (see Charges). This also deprives you of the right to claim any bonus on the validity of the certificate.
It means that you have reached the maximum of 2 pending appointments for your personal account. You need to present one of your vehicles for inspection before you can make a new appointment.
Select another centre or another date. We do everything possible to adapt best our offer to our customers.

Check that the number you are trying to enter is the same as on your certificate of registration and/or your vehicle.
In order to allow our system to recognize a chassis number, the latter should be entered properly:
- all characters in upper case
- no letter O but zeros
- no character such as “/” and “()” and no figures in between.

Your online appointment process has not been validated. Check that you have entered a valid mobile phone number or try with another number.
To make an appointment via our portal, you have to enter a valid phone number and email address.
Your invitation number can be found in the yellow box below the address.
- Go to our appointment portal and search for your vehicle (plate number and/or chassis number)
- Use your mobile phone in order to make the appointment. Indeed, this latter needs to be validated with the single activation code you will receive by text message.
- Select the reason for inspection / type of inspection you want.
- Enter the postal code or the name of your city/municipality to find the inspection centres the nearest to you.
- Indicate the date you wish to have an appointment. The dates on which appointments are still available are underlined in orange.
- Select your time slot. If none of the time slots is suitable, you can change the date or the centre. The system will then show other options.
- Enter your personal data: Surname, First name, Email, Mobile number
- Continue
- Check that your appointment summary displayed on the right does match what you wish. You always can go back to change the entered information.To go back, click on the top of your screen: ‘vehicle’ to change the vehicle for which you want an appointment /‘Reason for inspection’ to change the type of inspection you want / ‘Appointment’ to change the centre or the date/time
- Validate your appointment with the activation code you received by text message.
- The appointment is effective and confirmed when the 9-digit reservation number is displayed on the screen.
- A confirmation with all details will be sent to your email address.
You can change your appointment up to 24h before the date of your appointment.
You can change the details of your appointment via the link at the bottom of the appointment confirmation you received by email.

You can also change your appointment via the home page of our appointment portal. Click on the ‘modify/cancel’ button.
Enter your reservation number mentioned on the appointment confirmation and your mobile number. Your appointment is displayed and you can change it.
