FAQ
Who can you contact if the following message appears: “Unfortunately, your address known to the vehicle registration office is not in our campaign district”?
The Vehicle Registration Department (Direction pour l’Immatriculation des Véhicules – DIV) is responsible for registering motor vehicles, motorbikes and trailers weighing more than 750 kg. It manages a database for a number of bodies such as the police, the public prosecutor’s office, the FPS Finance, insurance companies, etc.
If your current address is not the one known to the DIV, it is likely that you are not receiving the invitations to the technical inspection.
You should therefore contact the DIV via https://mobilit.belgium.be/fr/privacy so that you can rectify your data.

Thank you in advance.
